Six simple tips to stay Safe
1. Take your time
Get to know someone on Vyybee first before taking the conversation offline. Spend time on the App first. Don’t rush to meet or talk offline. We encourage to complete the entire journey (vibe-score) first on App then meet or talk offline.
2. Stay Alert
Beware of urgent money requests, Gift cards, Urgent meet-up request, or quick commitments.
3. Never Share Financial Information
Ignore requests to send money or share financial information such as bank accounts, credit card numbers or social security. If anyone asks you for this, report them immediately.
4. Keep personal details private
Don't share personal details until you're 100% comfortable. Keep your full name, phone number, email, address and social handles private.
5. Don't Tap Strange Links
Some scammers might try to trick you into tapping suspicious links in chat or by email. Vyybee will never send an email asking for your username or password.
6. If in Doubt, report it
If you receive offensive messages or notice anything suspicious, use the option to block the profile with the appropriate option

Safety Guidelines for Meeting Your Match in Person
It's exciting to meet your match in the real world, but it's essential to do so in a safe manner.
Always meet in public.
Have your first meet up somewhere public like a cafe or museum. Avoid meeting at private homes or anywhere secluded.
Tell Family or Friends.
Share your plans with someone you trust - who you're meeting, where you'll be and when you'll be coming home. Bring your phone just in case.
Don't go into Cars.
Even if your match volunteers to pick you up or drop you off, you should organise your own transport.
If in doubt, leave.
Trust your instincts and stay cautious. You should never feel bad about leaving if you feel uncomfortable.

Any account found engaging in such activities will be immediately suspended or permanently banned, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

We actively work to prevent the sharing or distribution of CSAM through:
Content moderation systems
User reporting mechanisms
Account monitoring and review processes
Immediate removal of violating content
Reported material is reviewed promptly and appropriate action is taken without delay.
3. User Feedback & Reporting Mechanism
Vyybee provides an in-app reporting system allowing users to:
Report suspicious profiles
Report inappropriate messages or media
Report abusive or harmful behavior
Users can report content directly within the application, enabling fast investigation and enforcement action.
4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
Vyybee complies with all applicable child protection and online safety laws, including regulations related to:
Prevention of online child exploitation

5. Age Restrictions
Vyybee is intended only for users aged 18 years or older.
We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts. Accounts suspected to belong to underage users are removed upon verification.
